Coach partnered with GroundTruth to tackle a clear retail challenge: drive shoppers into physical stores. Coach set a goal of about 20,000 in-store visits and used GroundTruth’s location data and Cost Per Visit product (along with Location and Audience Targeting) to identify and reach the right customers with precision.
GroundTruth implemented its Cost Per Visit model plus location and lookalike audience targeting, which delivered immediate and measurable results — over 30,000 visits (≈31K) in two months, or 150% of the goal, with most visits occurring within three days to one week of exposure. Because GroundTruth’s CPV model charges only for actual visits, the incremental traffic came at no extra cost; Rich Media Engagement Rates also rose 10–16% versus GroundTruth benchmarks, with the strongest lift among consumers living closest to stores.
