West Monroe is a business and technology consulting firm (founded in 2002, 2,000+ employees across the US, UK and Costa Rica) that needed to scale hiring while protecting compliance and recruiter productivity. Their legacy ATS was not user-friendly, lacked integrations and interview-feedback tools, and forced recruiters into manual spreadsheets and paper-based processes, creating wasted time and operational risk.
After a structured vendor evaluation, West Monroe adopted Greenhouse as a single source of truth to standardize workflows, enable scorecards, integrations and advanced reporting, and improve candidate experience. The new platform eliminated many manual tasks—saving about 2,500 hours per year—boosted application completion from 84% to 97%, increased scorecard completion to 90% (36-hour average turnaround), raised recruiter usage roughly 200%, and enabled recruiters to do about 80% of their work inside the ATS.
