West Monroe is a business and technology consulting firm (founded in 2002, 2,000+ employees across the US, UK and Costa Rica) that needed to scale hiring while protecting compliance and recruiter productivity. The new platform eliminated many manual tasks—saving about 2,500 hours per year—boosted application completion from 84% to 97%, increased scorecard completion to 90% (36-hour average turnaround), raised recruiter usage roughly 200%, and enabled recruiters to do about 80% of their work inside the ATS.
