By adopting Greenhouse and standardizing kickoff forms, interview plans, scorecards, anonymized assessments and automated outreach, Merit America created a structured, data-driven hiring process and continuous candidate feedback loop. The changes drove measurable impact: a 91% offer acceptance rate, 50% of BIPOC candidates advancing to panel interviews, 100% of roles using competency-aligned guides, 82% positive candidate experience, and 95% of planned roles filled in seven weeks or less.
