MessageBird adopted Greenhouse Advanced to standardize hiring: role kits and interview plans are tracked centrally, competency-based scorecards and more diverse panels are required, and the team runs regular training and reporting. Within three months they achieved aligned, more inclusive hiring, stronger data-driven insights (time to hire, pipeline health, quality of hire), and Greenhouse now serves as their single source of truth for recruiting.
