Hudson River Trading, a quantitative trading firm with about 500 employees across nine global offices, needed a scalable way to welcome new hires while keeping company values front and center. The result: fewer errors and reminders, location-specific task assignments for distributed teams, faster onboarding of large classes and interns, and more HR time for strategic work—plus plans to further streamline data flow by integrating ADP.
