Inizio, a commercialization platform for pharma and biopharma launched in 2022, supports dozens of specialist business units across 33 subsidiary companies and 50 countries. When its Global TA leaders reviewed hiring, they found hundreds of disparate processes and nearly 200 external agencies driving millions in recruiting spend, creating heavy administrative burden, poor visibility into metrics, and inconsistent candidate experiences.
