Enigma, founded in 2011, is a data company that grew quickly after its Series B and now has about 60 employees. That compact team (VP of People, lead recruiter, recruiter, and People & Ops manager) launched high-impact programs—bi-weekly All‑Hands and “Parliament” sessions, engagement surveys, performance and 360 reviews, engineering career ladders, management training, a hands-on onboarding program with 30‑day plans, and regular cultural and learning events. The result has been stronger transparency and communication, faster new‑hire ramp and integration, a highly engaged culture, and recognition of People as a strategic partner and the organization’s “eyes and ears” as Enigma continues to scale.
