To fix this, the team made culture add a clearer requirement in job postings, added upfront application questions, and built culture-focused questions into Greenhouse scorecards and interviews to reduce bias and surface the right candidates earlier. The changes, supported by Greenhouse’s collaborative scorecards, robust reporting and live chat support, cut wasted effort, improved hiring quality and made recruiter and interviewer time far more productive.
