Elixirr is a fast‑growing UK consultancy of about 96 people offering strategy, innovation, transformation and change services and was named the MCA’s Best New Consultancy. They approached ATS selection as an internal consulting project but were hampered by an outdated, slow, manual tracking system with no pipeline visibility or reporting and a high volume of campus candidates.

After evaluating 11 vendors they selected Greenhouse for its speed, ease of use, on‑demand reporting, international support and scalable features (custom workflows, CV parsing and integrations with LinkedIn/Indeed). Post‑implementation they shortened source‑to‑hire to 6–8 weeks, hired 20+ people, and gained greater visibility and more consistent interview feedback across the team.
