A Greenbook Case Study
The customer, TGM Research, faced the challenge of gathering reliable data on social acceptance for a water-management technology from general populations in five remote and geographically dispersed regions. Traditional face-to-face methods were deemed too costly and time-consuming, while low digital literacy and confidentiality concerns threatened data quality. Greenbook was enlisted to help overcome these obstacles and prevent poor local acceptance of the technology.
Greenbook implemented a proprietary solution, designing and executing a quantitative study that successfully collected 250 completed interviews across all five target regions within one month. This comprehensive data on water consumption patterns and attitudes enabled evidence-based decision-making for future water management initiatives and demonstrated the feasibility of conducting research in challenging environments.
