The telecommunications operator Orange Belgium faced the challenge of improving its in-store experience. They needed to make product information more accessible to customers and, at the same time, provide better tools to support their sales staff during advisory sessions. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Grassfish.

Grassfish developed a comprehensive digital in-store solution based on a customer journey developed in workshops. The solution included an interactive touch display for accessing the full product portfolio, a smart queuing system to free customers from physical lines, and the integration of over 7000 electronic shelf labels across 150 stores for centralized data management. This implementation by Grassfish significantly increased efficiency and enhanced the overall customer and staff experience.
