The National Center for PTSD, a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs center, faced the challenge of expanding its reach beyond its existing audience to connect more people affected by trauma with vital resources. With a small, stretched team, their initial digital newsletter wasn't driving new awareness. Granicus's GXG team conducted audience research and journey mapping to create tailored communication campaigns. This strategic partnership enabled the Center to segment and grow its audience dramatically. As a result, the National Center for PTSD increased its subscriber base from 100,000 to over 375,000 and achieved a 400% increase in pledges of support during PTSD Awareness Month.
