A Granicus Case Study
The Municipality of Leamington transformed its traditional transit system into LTGO, an on-demand ridership experience driven by public input. Facing low use of the existing service, Leamington used the Let’s Talk Leamington engagement portal (built on Granicus’ EngagementHQ) to gather resident feedback and redesign transit to better meet community needs.
Using that feedback, LTGO expanded from 118 to 126 stops, enlarged the service area, extended hours (including Sundays and special events), and implemented point-to-point, pre-booked rides with no transfers. The changes produced a 275% increase in ridership, shorter trip times, an enhanced schedule, and earned Leamington the 2023 Granicus Digital Government Customer Experience Award.
