Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers (FCCC) needed to modernize a paper-based court filing process that was slow, costly, and limited to in-person, business-hours submissions. The result was a more secure, streamlined filing process with major time savings and an estimated $61 million in postage cost savings over eight years, while also improving accessibility and handling growing case volumes.
