A Granicus Case Study
The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) needed a new way to gather public input for its legally mandated long-range transportation and environmental plan when pandemic closures disrupted in-person meetings and reduced engagement. Using Granicus’ govAccess platform, NOACA shifted from flyers, open houses, and library meetings to a digital-first approach to reach residents across its five-county region.
Granicus helped NOACA build a digital hub for eNEO2050 with multi-channel marketing, SEO, social media, podcasts, webinars, and real-time analytics to collect and track feedback. The result was more than 5,800 website visits, over 130,000 interactions across 96 online meetings, and significantly increased downloads and attendance for 20 podcasts and webinars, while the campaign also earned recognition from the Federal Highway Administration and industry awards.
