The City of Auburn, Alabama — a fast-growing, tech-savvy college town of about 78,000 — needed a better way to handle increasing public service requests as its population grew faster than staff capacity. City leaders sought a modern, user-friendly solution to let residents report issues digitally without disrupting existing staff workflows.

Auburn implemented govService OneView to build the Auburn FixIt app, integrating ESRI maps and customizable reporting tools.
