Working with long‑time partner Granicus, the city implemented a govService self‑service portal with address lookups, payment options, and centralized status checks. The automated system cut processing by three business days, reduced each search from 20 to 10 minutes, has processed 430 searches since March 1, 2021, and collected $189K in lien search fees while freeing staff from routine calls.
