A Granicus Case Study

Preview of the National Center for PTSD Case Study

Connecting more people who have experienced trauma to services and programs related to PTSD

The National Center for PTSD (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) works to advance clinical care and social welfare for Veterans and others who have experienced trauma. With a small team and limited resources, the Center faced the challenge of building awareness and connecting far more people to PTSD services and programs.

In 2019 the Center partnered with Granicus Experience Group (GXG) and leveraged govDelivery and GXG’s email, text, and social tools to run tailored campaigns for different audience types. Over two years the audience grew from 100,000 to 375,000 subscribers (including 280,000 new since 2019 and 35,000 in 2021), pledges of support increased 400%, and overall reach and engagement expanded significantly.
