Using Grafana, along with Prometheus and Oracle, the company needed a better way to consolidate backlog, user, application, dev ops, compliance, and customer feedback data into a single view.

Grafana helped Dell build a “Product Team Observability” solution that pulled data from multiple sources into dashboards and metrics views for monitoring product maturity, cycle time, velocity, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs. The result was a data-driven culture shift that saved the product manager about six hours per week, improved team efficiency by roughly 10%, and helped four of five monitored products reach a 70% maturity goal by the end of the third quarter.
