Case Study: Make-A-Wish achieves fewer support tickets, cost savings and better meeting quality with GoToMeeting (GoTo)

A GoTo Case Study

Preview of the Make-A-Wish Case Study

Make-A-Wish increased productivity and happy users with GoTo Meeting's ease of use and provisioning

Make-A-Wish, the global children’s charity with 62 chapter offices (about 3,000 users), faced frequent failed web meetings with corporate partners because their previous tool (Zoom) wasn’t recognized by partners’ networks. To ensure secure, reliable meetings that would be allowed through firewalls, Make-A-Wish sought a more widely recognized platform — selecting GoTo’s GoToMeeting to standardize and scale their collaboration.

GoTo rolled out GoToMeeting across the organization, consolidating disparate tools and providing built-in training and support, which reduced help-desk tickets and simplified management. The deployment delivered measurable benefits for Make-A-Wish: fewer support tickets, improved audio/video quality, enhanced productivity, and cost savings from automated provisioning and streamlined administration.
