Law School Admission Council - Customer Case Study

Law School Admission Council (LSAC), which administers the LSAT to about 140,000 prospective law students and supports more than 200 member law schools, faced a convoluted, slow and costly remote support tool that was only used in emergencies. To provide intuitive, always-available help for stressed applicants and administrators, LSAC replaced its previous solution with GoTo’s Rescue remote support product.

GoTo implemented Rescue to deliver fast, easy remote connections, reporting, file transfer and in-session tools, enabling near-instantaneous support. As a result, average session times fell from 40+ minutes to under 10 minutes for candidates and about 20 minutes for administrators, installation time dropped from 4 hours to 20–30 minutes, and LSAC has saved thousands of dollars annually while improving user and technician satisfaction.
