Voith, a global technology company operating in markets like Paper and Hydro, needed to rapidly upskill its sales force on digital products (such as sensors) and replace in-person customer engagement disrupted by the pandemic. At the Learntec trade fair Voith’s training manager Stefanie Kratzer selected GoTo and its webinar product, GoTo Webinar, as a solution that could serve both international employee training and global customer events.
GoTo delivered GoTo Webinar with strong data-protection assurances, intuitive tooling and built-in reporting, plus hands-on support during rollout, which helped Voith clear internal approvals and adopt the platform company-wide. As a result, Voith raised webinar participation from 45% to 75%, turned webinars into a primary sales channel, streamlined lead capture via downloadable reports for the sales team, and accelerated the company’s shift to digital training and customer engagement.
