A GoTo Case Study
MITEGRO GmbH & Co. KG, a collaboration of 12 medium-sized electrical wholesalers in Germany and Austria, needed a rapid replacement for a cancelled trade fair during the COVID‑19 pandemic and had just five days to find a solution. They turned to vendor GoTo and its GoTo Webinar product to allow manufacturers to present new products and reach interested buyers remotely and efficiently.
Using GoTo’s GoTo Webinar, MITEGRO ran 46 webinars in one week (up to 10 live sessions a day), reaching more than 5,000 participants overall; no session was empty and 90% of feedback rated the format and technical implementation “good to very good.” GoTo’s stability, multi-presenter features, screen/camera sharing and phone dial-in delivered reliable results that exceeded MITEGRO’s goals and led them to plan a repeat digital trade fair.
