Legal Aid of Arkansas (LAA) is a nonprofit that provides free legal services to low‑income Arkansans from a headquarters in Jonesboro and 14 satellite locations, having assisted more than 36,000 clients and recovered over $3.1M. Facing tight budgets—telephony and technology make up nearly 20% of its annual costs—LAA needed a functional, cost‑effective, and rapidly scalable business phone solution and turned to GoTo and its GoTo Connect service.
