Kapsch, a leading Austrian technology group, faced slow and unstable VPN‑based remote support when employees were outside the corporate network. To address long connection times and delays in ticket handling, Kapsch adopted Rescue from GoTo as its remote‑support tool.
GoTo implemented Rescue to provide direct client remote control, session handoff between Level 1 and Level 2 support, built‑in logging, and a Calling Card applet for faster access. Rescue from GoTo cut connection setup time by two‑thirds to under one minute, simplified training and deployment (no extra software), sped troubleshooting, and increased end‑user satisfaction.
