Menlo College, a Silicon Valley institution with about 735 students, faced an aging 20-year IT and phone system that left CIO Minh Huynh with missing passwords, unclaimed bills and a single specialist’s knowledge — and it could not support remote calling visibility or the new legal requirement to dial 9-1-1 directly. To modernize and meet compliance, Menlo College selected GoTo and its GoTo Connect phone solution.

GoTo implemented GoTo Connect (app plus physical phone support) and managed the migration end-to-end, giving staff flexible remote access, caller ID visibility, and compliance with direct 9-1-1 dialing.
