GIRACT, a Geneva-based transnational consultancy in food ingredient strategy founded in 1970, needed a better way to reach hard-to-reach executives, managers and technical audiences after phone outreach proved time-consuming and ineffective—especially during the pandemic. GoTo’s post-session qualitative reports gave the team actionable analytics, and GoTo Stage helped promote content through a library of more than 100,000 recordings—resulting in stronger networking, broader audience reach and improved lead generation for GIRACT.
