How Gable uses LogMeIn Central to support their signage technology

Gable, a Baltimore-based signage provider with 140+ employees, shifted from traditional signs to digital solutions (now 65% of its business) and needed a scalable way to manage software-driven indoor and outdoor displays for clients nationwide. To address this challenge, Gable adopted GoTo’s LogMeIn Central (Central Premier) as its remote management solution.

Using GoTo’s Central, Gable centrally deploys and updates software, provides remote support, and pushes simultaneous updates to multiple devices without on-site technicians. Today Gable supports 100 endpoints across 60 customers, cut costly truck rolls (saving nearly $5,000 across 10 incidents), and reduced a 10-minute manual update per machine to under 10 minutes to update 100 devices—enabling faster, more efficient service and broader geographic reach without adding staff.
