DATAflor AG, a Göttingen-based software company for gardening, landscaping and civil engineering with 80 employees and a database of 4,000 customers and 15,000 users, faced growing demand for training and support as its customer base expanded. To improve seminar rotation, maintain training quality and reduce the burden on staff, DATAflor turned to GoTo—building on prior use of GoTo Meeting and GoTo Assist—and selected GoTo Webinar to scale its training program.

GoTo provided GoTo Webinar to deliver live and simulated webinars, host recordings for on-demand access, and enable chat and timely follow-up support, while GoTo Assist continued to support online installations. The result: DATAflor expanded offerings (including evenings and weekends), increased seminar sales, and operational efficiency—designing over 30 topics on GoTo, running 59 live webinars and 387 online seminars in the first three quarters of 2022 with just shy of 600 participants—while citing reliable support and measurable analytics from GoTo.
