How Central allows NextLED to manage all of their customers' digital signage from any location

NextLED, a Wichita-based manufacturer of digital LED signage, needed reliable 24/7 monitoring and remote support for hundreds of remote signs serving restaurants, schools and retailers across the Midwest. After finding TeamViewer unreliable and limited, NextLED adopted GoTo’s remote management tools — Central for monitoring and Rescue for remote troubleshooting — to ensure signs stay online and visible.

Using GoTo Central and Rescue, NextLED deployed host software on each endpoint to receive anywhere/anytime alerts, proactively identify issues, and remotely resolve problems before customers notice. The GoTo solution reduced costly truck rolls (saving hundreds of dollars per incident), sped up support response, and improved uptime for NextLED’s customers and dealers.
