A GoTo Case Study
Bridgerland Applied Technical College (BATC) faced an aging, maintenance-heavy on-premises telephone system that was becoming obsolete, costly to support, and increasingly difficult to repair. After evaluating options, BATC selected GoTo and its GoTo Connect hosted VoIP service to avoid the upfront cost and obsolescence of a replaced owned system.
GoTo implemented GoTo Connect’s cloud-hosted, plug-and-play solution, removing the need for spare parts and on-site administration while providing automatic, free updates. As a result, BATC connected three campuses into a single managed system, eliminated three separate campus management systems, and switched for roughly the cost of their previous monthly maintenance bill, with moves/adds/changes handled in the cloud.
