A GoTo Case Study
Accelerated Information Systems (AIS) is an enterprise content management and workflow solutions provider that had rapidly grown its customer base and platform partnerships. GoTo implemented GoTo Connect’s cloud-based calling with features like cell phone forwarding, Find Me/Follow Me automatic failback, and a visual Dial Plan Editor, enabling AIS to manage multi-point routing and reduce maintenance time. When Hurricane Sandy knocked out local services, AIS remained reachable and continued serving customers—essentially “business as usual”—and the company saved time on call management while presenting a world-class image that belied its eight-person staff. GoTo’s solution eliminated the single point of failure, improved uptime during outages, and streamlined operations for AIS.
