Henleys, a full-service private equity and venture fund firm, faced fragmented telephony with separate UK and US VOIP systems that created duplicated licensing, duplicated administration and high call costs as the business grew globally. To streamline networks, reduce costs and enable a more mobile, office-agnostic workforce, Henleys evaluated cloud telephony options and chose GoTo Connect from vendor GoTo.

GoTo, working with Assembly Managed Services, managed and executed a rapid company-wide rollout of GoTo Connect and the GoTo mobile app, including project management and user adoption. The deployment halved Henleys’ telephony costs, consolidated two licensing models into one with centralized administration, lowered call charges, and delivered reliable mobile calling and improved business continuity for a fully mobile workforce.
