A GoTo Case Study
Alpha CC, a family-owned Irish IT service provider supporting up to 1,500 business users daily, needed to become more proactive in managing devices and reduce pressure on its helpdesk. For about 15 years it had used Rescue and Central from GoTo but sought a single, more efficient platform to improve monitoring, pre-empt issues and streamline support.
GoTo migrated Alpha CC to GoTo Resolve over an eight-month rollout, consolidating remote access, device/disk management, antivirus and helpdesk functions into one pane of glass. The move delivered measurable gains: call times fell by around 20%, disk/antivirus/deployment times were cut by about 50%, onboarding and management were simplified, and Alpha CC can now take on more customers — all while boosting team efficiency and security with GoTo Resolve.
