Blue Chip PFP, the UK’s leading passive fire protection specialist founded in 2016, faced a growing communications challenge: the business was still operating on a single 0800 phone line, which left the office manager fielding and transferring increasing volumes of calls. To modernize its telephony and introduce Audio Branding, Blue Chip PFP worked with PHMG and selected GoTo’s cloud telephony solution, GoTo Connect.

GoTo, deployed alongside PHMG’s audio services, implemented GoTo Connect with call-management, dial plans and menu options that route calls to desk phones or mobiles and provide desktop/mobile app access. The solution eliminated the single-line bottleneck and made it easy for staff to make and receive calls from anywhere, resulting in a more professional, efficient customer experience and significantly reducing time spent by the office manager on call handling.
