Deloitte Central Europe, a federation of affiliates with more than 9,000 people across 19 countries, needed to scale its webinar programme and better capture attendee insights after switching to fully virtual events. The marketing team sought a platform that could host larger audiences and provide APIs to integrate webinar data with their marketing automation — and evaluated tools including GoTo’s GoTo Webinar.

Deloitte chose GoTo Webinar, buying five licences to run simultaneous large-scale events (each supporting up to 3,000 attendees) and avoiding per-event fees. With GoTo Webinar’s capacity and API integrations, Deloitte expanded its programme (in Poland alone ~150 events and ~150,000 registrants annually), turned webinars into a cost-effective primary communication channel, and pulled poll and question data into its marketing and sales workflows for measurable client insights.
