DALIM SOFTWARE, a global media-collaboration software firm headquartered in Kehl, Germany, faced fractured communications across Europe, the Americas and Asia after relying on an aging PBX VoIP system that lacked voicemail upload, mobile connectivity and easy updates. Already using GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar, DALIM SOFTWARE evaluated GoTo and ultimately selected GoTo Connect as a cloud-based replacement to meet its needs for flexible, modern remote communications.
GoTo ran a remote demo and a five-user pilot of GoTo Connect, supplied new desk phones, and engineered a temporary-number workaround that preserved caller ID while DALIM honoured an existing mobile contract. The GoTo solution enabled staff to make and receive calls from any desk or mobile, improved security and reliability, delivered richer admin reporting and multilingual menus, and eliminated the need for separate mobile contracts—reducing hardware and mobile costs while providing seamless, professional call routing for customers.
