Coalfire, a cybersecurity advisory firm, depended on reliable remote collaboration for its global sales team but saw meetings break down after adopting a different web-conferencing vendor—generating about 10–15 help-desk complaints per week as meetings were hard to start, customers couldn’t join, and call quality was poor. To restore dependable client interactions, Coalfire returned to GoTo and its GoToMeeting solution.

GoTo reintroduced GoToMeeting (and GoToWebinar for large events) with hands-on account management to onboard users quickly; restored features like Audience View reduced presenter anxiety and made hosting consistent and simple. The switch to GoTo produced greater user satisfaction, improved customer experience, proactive account management, a vastly reduced number of help-desk tickets, and reliable webinars of up to 4,000 attendees.
