Certification Partners, the organization behind CIW and ICT Essentials courseware, needed to rapidly support schools, colleges and corporate customers as they shifted to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. To maintain training, certification development and customer support, Certification Partners relied on GoTo tools — specifically GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and LastPass — to replace in-person demos, trainings and secure credential sharing.
GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar allowed Certification Partners to move demos, SME collaboration and large webinars online (removing the previous 2–4 day travel requirement for subject matter experts), while LastPass secured and simplified password sharing for teams. Using GoTo’s suite, Certification Partners improved customer experience, increased operational efficiency, reduced travel costs, broadened access to global SMEs and accelerated course and certification development.
