GoTo’s Central provides unattended remote control, grouped workstation administration, and secure vendor access without VPN or firewall workarounds, enabling Aramark and third-party technicians to quickly access and troubleshoot machines. Technicians now access a dozen workstations on a typical day (even at 2 a.m.), Aramark reports at least a 10% improvement in average ticket handle time, and market centers stay online 24/7, reducing shop-floor stoppages.
