Allocate Software - Customer Case Study

Allocate Software, a global provider of Human Capital Management software with more than 650 employees, needed a standardized videoconferencing solution that delivered a consistent “in‑room” experience across its international offices. Already using GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar and GoTo Training, Allocate trialled and purchased 11 GoTo Room bundles to unify room‑to‑room video, but when COVID‑19 reduced office presence they urgently needed those GoTo Room systems to interoperate with external platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Working with Marlin Communications, Allocate extended its GoTo deployment by adding BlueJeans CVI Gateway for secure cross‑platform interoperability and GoTo Connect cloud telephony for phone integration, enabling GoTo Room devices to join mixed‑platform conferences. The integrated solution kept senior management and board meetings running without travel, preserved high‑quality in‑room interaction remotely, and allowed people to connect via their preferred platforms—delivering business continuity and flexible collaboration powered by GoTo.
