Alberts, Auckland’s first private tenants club, faced a sudden shift to remote and hybrid work during the COVID-19 pandemic that challenged its core offering of in‑person flexible workspaces and amenities. To meet customers’ needs for secure, easy-to-use collaboration tools—especially for less tech‑savvy clients and those in finance and legal—Alberts selected GoTo and deployed the GoTo suite, including GoToConnect, GoToMeeting, and GoToWebinar.
GoTo implemented GoToConnect across Alberts’ meeting rooms and phone systems, integrating with GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar to provide unified communications accessible via touchscreens, desk phones, desktop and mobile apps. The solution improved security and usability, became a competitive differentiator, consolidated multiple vendors, and reduced costs by allowing Alberts to pay only for the phone lines they need while easily adding capacity as required.
