Zoopla increases leads with Google Search Ads 360

Zoopla, one of the UK’s largest property websites, needed a way to keep paid search ads accurate and highly relevant across millions of listings and postcode-level locations. Working with Google Marketing Platform and Google Search Ads 360, Zoopla also aimed to grow leads without raising cost per lead, reduce spend in London, and expand into lower-competition regional markets.

Google Marketing Platform implemented inventory campaigns in Search Ads 360, using dynamic ad copy, keyword lists, and feed-based automation to reflect current property availability in real time. The result was a 40% increase in clickthrough rate, a 106% increase in click volume, a 22% increase in London-based leads, a 17% reduction in London ad spend, and a 31% drop in cost per acquisition.
