Luxury retailer Reebonz reaches fashion savvy shoppers with Google Marketing Platform

Reebonz, a luxury retailer and marketplace operating across the Asia Pacific region, Australia, and Singapore, wanted to better understand how mobile influenced the path to purchase and how its ads were performing across devices. Working with Google Marketing Platform and consulting partner Sparkline, the company set out to analyze the full customer journey and improve ROI for shoppers who moved between platforms, using Google Analytics 360 and Search Ads 360.

Google Marketing Platform helped Reebonz connect cross-platform data and optimize bidding with cross-platform conversion signals in Search Ads 360. The result was a 55.4% increase in return on ad spend (ROAS) and a 20% increase in search marketing transactions, with Analytics 360 showing that when mobile web was part of the purchase path, conversions improved up to 28 times.
