Vodafone India, one of the country’s largest telecom providers, faced a slow, manual process for network feasibility studies that required field operatives to visit every customer site. Partnering with Lepton Software, Vodafone deployed SmartFeasibility built on Google Maps Platform (Maps, Roads, Directions) to automate address search, distance calculations and building data lookups. The web app delivered accurate, real-time measurements, cut turnaround from five days to two, increased capacity 15x, helped add 400+ customers per day, improved conversion rates and put feasibility data at employees’ fingertips.
