Trustpilot, the Denmark-based public review platform, needed to analyze massive volumes of customer feedback quickly so businesses could respond in real time and improve customer experiences. Using Google Cloud Platform services such as Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Dataflow, Trustpilot set out to build scalable, data-driven sentiment and topic analysis for its global review data.

Google Cloud Platform enabled Trustpilot to process reviews faster, build reproducible NLP pipelines, and improve collaboration across data teams. The results included 96% sentiment analysis accuracy, 93% topic model accuracy across more than 53 topics, and the ability to analyze reviews in any language—helping Trustpilot reduce time to market for new data-driven features and become more agile and data driven.
