Transcom, a Sweden-based customer experience and business process outsourcing company, needed a scalable way to unify data from hundreds of sources and improve analytics across its global operations. Working with Looker as part of its Google Cloud stack, Transcom aimed to better manage performance, client reporting, and customer satisfaction while supporting more than 30,000 employees across 26 countries.

Looker helped Transcom unify group metrics, measure and visualize performance, and turn its data lake into actionable business intelligence. The result was strong internal adoption, with demand for access to the platform “exploded,” and Looker-based reports now informing corporate management decisions and helping Transcom uncover optimization opportunities and deeper insights for clients.
