From the start it promised strict delivery SLAs—a one-hour delivery slot (or a 10% refund) and a 90-minute express option—so it needed a reliable, familiar mapping platform to capture accurate customer locations and meet tight delivery windows.

MediaAgility recommended Google Maps Platform; Bigbasket uses the Maps JavaScript API for order and delivery tracking, the Directions API to match drivers and routes, and the Distance Matrix API to estimate ETAs, letting dispatchers monitor and tweak deliveries in real time. The result: over one million grocery orders delivered each month, more than four million customers, reliable on-time deliveries across India, and increased customer loyalty.
