Honey Dew, a New England donut and coffee shop chain, faced the challenge of low location awareness among drivers and steep competition from a larger brand. They partnered with vendor Goodway Group and agency Mediaworks to use Waze Ads for this purpose.

Goodway Group implemented a strategy using various Waze Ad formats like Takeovers and Promoted Search to target drivers near Honey Dew locations. This approach successfully increased store visits, especially among younger consumers aged 25-34. The campaign generated over 25,000 navigations in one year, surpassed industry benchmarks, and expanded the customer base. Due to this success, Honey Dew expanded its advertising partnership with Goodway.
