Bewell, a health insurance marketplace for New Mexicans, needed to increase awareness of its services and evolve its brand to be more relevant to its target audiences. They faced the dual challenge of differentiating their value proposition and driving awareness outside of the typical enrollment period while also adhering to strict healthcare privacy restrictions. The company tapped its agency, K2MD Health, and vendor Goodway Group for support.
Goodway Group implemented a multichannel brand awareness campaign using display, social, and online video ads. The solution was based on extensive audience research and was designed to engage Bewell's target markets over five months while prioritizing customer privacy. The campaign generated significant results, including over 10.4 million impressions, 39,654 site visits, and 21,000 clicks. The online video ads achieved a 90.68% completion rate, indicating the new branding resonated with viewers. Due to this success, Bewell plans to run more campaigns with Goodway Group.
